As with any successful organisation
it is only as good as the team it has behind it. At
Kew and Kew Youth we are fortunate enough to have
the continued support of some very dedicated individuals
that together help to run the Club.
Many players
fail to realise the efforts these individuals go
to in order for the club to exist and without those
listed bellow we simply would not be able to put
our sides out each week.
It is vital that as a club
member you get behind the committee and we do our
best to be as open and honest about all club matters
but communication is the key. If you have any club
related issues that you wish to raise then please
pass them on to one of the committee members listed
below.
Kew Association Youth is ultimately
the overall responsibility of Kew Association Football
Club and all issues raised within Kew Youth management
meetings will be brought to the attention of the
senior club management. However the Youth side
is allocated its own individual budget for the
season managed by the Treasurer and sanctioned
by the Chairman and other board officials.
The committee
meet regularly once a month at a venue selected
by the chairman where discussed is a multitude
of items ranging from club discipline to how we
propose to develop the club. If
you are interested in volunteering your services
to the club, perhaps in an official capacity or
as a Qualified coach or Referee or just want to
get a bit more involved we would be delighted to
welcome you on board, please contact the club secretary
for further detail.
